The gross salary at begining is about Rupees- 65000 and the net salary is about Rupees-60000. Salary increases by addition of annual increments and increase in Dearness Allowance every 6 months.

4.Govt vehicle and govt staff assisting you. As an officer in a department you are the boss. And the boss gets every perks from the govt. A govt vehicle is provided to the officer for official tour and travel. Many subordinate employees are working under the officer in his office. So you will definitely have a boss like feeling.
